Core features for getting things done

Add items quickly, keep shared lists moving, and pick up where you left off on any device.

Add and edit in place

Add or rename an item without leaving the list.

Reminders that travel with the list

Set one-off, daily, weekly, or monthly reminders that travel with the shared list.

Suggestions that remember

Reuse items from that list's history with one tap.

Widgets and Apple Watch

See a chosen list at a glance and tick items off wherever you are.

Share a list, choose what they can do

Sharing uses the standard iOS share sheet, so the people you invite get a normal iCloud invitation. They need My List installed to open it, but there is no separate account or sign-up.

Can edit

Everyone adds, ticks, and reorders. Changes show up on the other phones as they happen — useful when you divide up a project, trip, or errand.

View only

They see the list and nothing more. The app hides every control that would change it, so there is no way to edit by accident.

Yours to revoke

Change someone's access or stop sharing entirely, whenever you like. Only the lists you share are ever visible to anyone else.

Your lists, your iCloud

Your lists stay on your device and in your private iCloud storage. Shared lists go only to the people you invite.

No account

Uses the iCloud account already on your iPhone.

No analytics

No tracking, ads, or third-party SDKs.

No developer access

The developer cannot read your lists.
